More HONG KONG!! WooHoo!!

These pictures are from the harbor in Hong Kong. We were crossing the harbor on the Star Ferry to go to church headquarters on Saturday morning. We each had to present a teaching idea that had worked for us. The ride was a little rough that morning because of the waves, but it was okay if we were sitting down. After we visited Stanley Market, we rode the ferry back to our hotel.

We rode a double decker bus up the side of the mountain and back down the other side and landed at Stanley Market. The view was spectacular! These two pictures were taken from the second floor window of a restaurant where we had lunch and enjoyed the beautiful scenery. We also did some shopping in the various shops. I bought a necklace that the seller said was jade. I am not so sure, but it is very pretty and I like it.

  1. You brought back some fun memories. I love Stanley market! And the double decker bus! I sat on the top in the front and was ducking and squirming as it seemed like we were going to hit everything. I loved their jewelry. What a cool experience you are having!
