Xi'an International Horticultural Expo

I am standing at the entrance to the Xi'an International Horticultural Expo with Ann, one of my writing students.

The grounds of the Expo are covered with millions of flowers.

The silver dragon, a symbol of China,
guards the man-made lake.

Here I am standing with my student volunteers, Ann, Civory, and Wedelia.

Above and below: The Harmony Tower is the symbol of the Expo. It was designed by a famous woman architect from the area. It has 13 stories and is 99 meters high.
